Ordering
Select your items, validate your basket, and we are here to support you with great care. Your breastfeeding matters to us.
In case of unavailability, you will be informed by e-mail and may choose to wait or cancel your order.
Payment
Payment is made in full upon ordering, via a secure payment system.
Payment by cheque may be offered upon request.
Delivery
Each order is carefully prepared within 24 business hours.
Estimated delivery times:
— France: 2 to 4 business days
— International: 10 to 20 business days
Delivery costs are specified before validation.
Returns - Exchange
Your well-being with your shells is the priority and any exchange will be free if you need it. Everything is possible to make your breastfeeding pleasant with our shells.
You have 14 days after receipt to return your item to us, in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are at your expense.
For hygiene reasons, some products cannot be refunded.
Refund
After receipt, a credit note valid for 6 months will be offered to you.
